Treat Yo’self To Training
We offer a comprehensive training program in two phases. Phase one includes two weeks of initial training at our headquarters in Calgary before opening on all administrative, operational, sales, marketing, and day-to-day matters. Phase two takes place on-site once operations commence for one to two weeks to make sure franchisees are fully comfortable.

Operational Support: We provide ongoing support in maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, and administrative procedures.
Marketing Support: We coordinate the development of advertising materials and consumer marketing plans and materials for use at the local and regional levels.
Purchasing Support: We negotiate quantity discounts on behalf of our network to pass on savings and facilitate the ordering process through our internal purchasing system.
Development Support: We research methods and techniques on how to enhance profitability and better manage locations from promotions to purchasing.
